Six confirmed dead in train crash
Six people are confirmed dead and many more injured after an horrific train crash in
the Blue Mountains west of Sydney.
Emergency services say the death toll is expected to rise.
A Cityrail commuter train packed with people travelling to Sydney has collided with
the Indian Pacific train near Glenbrook station.
At least 20 people are believed to be trapped in the wreckage. The crash happened about 8.25am.
A CityRail spokesman has told Sky News there were about 1,000 aboard the commuter train.
