QLD:Hospital cleaner attacked in Qld
BRISBANE, Dec 8 AAP - A female cleaner on duty at the Gold Coast Hospital sustained
a cut to her neck during an assault overnight.
The Queensland Health employee was working in an unoccupied area of the hospital when
a man stabbed her with a "bladed weapon" at about 9pm (AEST) Tuesday, police say.
The woman suffered a cut to her neck.
Gold Coast police questioned a suspect overnight.
He has since been released.
Police say they are still looking for the attacker.
